Service boundaries are explained clearly. We know what to prepare before collection, which saves time at the dock.
Freight services built for NSW lanes
Feldan Freight provides transport services for businesses that need dependable movement of goods within Sydney, across greater metro corridors, and into regional NSW. Our focus is operational clarity: realistic collection windows, receiver-aware delivery planning, and milestone communication when conditions change.
Every service starts with complete booking data. Pickup and delivery contacts, suburbs, ready times, weight, dimensions, packaging type, and site constraints (dock, tail-lift, appointment, security check-in) determine vehicle allocation and first-attempt success. When details are right at booking, downstream tracking and proof of delivery are cleaner for your team and your customers.
We plan each movement around what receivers and drivers actually encounter: traffic, site access, packaging stability, and whether freight is palletised, loose, or requires tail-lift. That operational lens applies whether you ship daily metro cartons or weekly regional pallets.

Service boundaries (important)
Freight performance depends on conditions that sometimes change: weather events, traffic incidents, site access restrictions, and receiver availability. Our role is to plan around what can be planned, communicate quickly when exceptions occur, and provide workable next steps. If a receiver is closed or a site cannot accept the load, we contact the booking party to agree on a safe holding or re-delivery approach.
If you have a specialised requirement (tight compliance, time-critical parts, temperature-sensitive goods), please contact us first so we can confirm the right service approach. For workflow design around regular lanes, see Solutions.
