Where needed to deliver services, we may also record shipment references (for example, consignment numbers) and service outcomes (such as delivery confirmation).
In a freight environment, operational details can sometimes include personal information (for example, a receiver’s name or phone number at a delivery site). We treat that information as personal information and handle it accordingly.

We use personal information to operate our business and provide services, including to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate with customers and receivers
- plan pickups and deliveries, including managing site access and handling requirements
- provide shipment visibility, including tracking and proof of delivery where applicable
- manage customer support requests and resolve delivery exceptions
