Agreement to terms
By using Feldan Freight services or this website, you agree to these terms. If you book freight on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to booking and payment obligations.
Service scope
Feldan Freight provides freight transport and related logistics services in NSW subject to availability, operational constraints, road conditions, and the booking details agreed at the time of booking. Service types include metro freight, regional runs, and special handling where confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details, freight description, weight and dimensions, packaging condition, and any special handling or access requirements. Dangerous goods must be declared with complete documentation before collection.
Freight must be prepared safely for transport. Unstable pallets, undeclared DG, or inaccessible sites may result in refusal or rework at sender cost where agreed.
Pricing and payment
Quotes and rates depend on lane, service type, dimensions, and handling. Invoicing terms for business accounts are agreed at account setup. Disputes should be raised promptly with consignment reference and supporting detail.
Liability and insurance
Liability and insurance arrangements should be confirmed in writing for each service or account. Standard carrier limitations may apply unless extended coverage is agreed. Speak with us before shipping high-value or sensitive freight.
