About Feldan Freight
FELDAN FREIGHT PTY. LIMITED (trading as Feldan Freight) has supported NSW freight customers since 2000. We operate from U 10, 36 O'Riordan St, Alexandria NSW 2015. Phone 02 7908 2494 · Email support@feldanfreight.com.au · Website feldanfreight.com.au.
How we work
In freight, reliability is built through small operational decisions made consistently: planning realistic time windows, confirming site access requirements, communicating exceptions early, and closing out deliveries with usable confirmation. Feldan Freight focuses on doing the fundamentals well — not by promising outcomes we cannot control, but by designing processes that reduce preventable issues.
We primarily support NSW freight movements where customers value repeatability. Many of our customers ship on a weekly rhythm. For those businesses, the best results come from stable booking inputs, predictable pickups, and a clear escalation channel when something changes at the receiver end.
What we prioritise
Safety and handling discipline come first. Freight that is loaded incorrectly or handled without regard to packaging will eventually fail — either through damage or unsafe unloading. We encourage customers to provide handling requirements up front so we can plan the right equipment and time.
Clear communication is the second priority. When exceptions occur (traffic incidents, receiver closure, access restrictions), we aim to communicate early with the information needed to decide next steps: hold, re-deliver, redirect, or contact receiver.
Operational practicality is the third. A process that looks good on paper but cannot be executed on the road will not help your business. We favour workflows that dispatchers can use, receivers can understand, and drivers can execute safely.
Working with Feldan Freight
The most successful relationships are built on shared expectations. Customers who get the best outcomes typically: provide complete booking details, confirm receiver access requirements, prepare freight packaging appropriately, and keep contact details current so we can resolve exceptions quickly.
If you are a regular shipper, our Business Accounts workflow may be a good fit. If you ship on a routine, consider Scheduled Pickups. For day-to-day visibility, use Tracking and Proof of Delivery.
NSW focus
We concentrate on NSW metro and regional lanes where repeatability matters: retail replenishment, trade distribution, manufacturing inputs, construction materials, healthcare consumables, and agricultural dealer networks. Our team plans around real receiver hours, access constraints, and cut-off discipline rather than marketing transit promises.
Operational case studies are published under Projects. Practical guidance for shippers is in Insights.
Compliance and responsibility
Freight operations involve shared responsibility. Packaging, accurate description of freight, and safe site access are critical inputs. Where special handling is required, we ask that it is disclosed at booking so appropriate controls can be applied. This protects both parties and reduces avoidable cost.
