Enter your consignment number to view the latest milestone for your freight. Tracking reflects scans and status updates as your shipment moves through pickup, linehaul, and delivery stages in the NSW network.
Tracking is most accurate when booking data was complete at induction: correct suburbs, contacts, and service type. If status has not changed after a reasonable interval, contact us with the consignment number and receiver details.

What tracking shows
Milestones typically include collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, and exception status. Timing depends on scan events at depots and on road—not every movement generates an intermediate scan.
When to escalate
Escalate if delivery window risk affects production or store receiving. Use direct support with consignment number rather than re-booking duplicate freight.
